On this page
Every BetKing code listed above was built on BetKing by our editors and shows the number of games, the total odds at booking and the kick-off time of the first match. Copy the code, load it through BetKing’s Book a Bet feature and check the slip against our listing before you stake.
How to load a BetKing booking code
BetKing keeps code loading under a Book a Bet section, reached from the menu on the mobile site and app. If the layout changes after an update, look for any field asking for a booking code.
- Copy a code from the list above.
- Open BetKing and go to Menu, then Book a Bet.
- Enter the code and continue. The selections land on your betslip.
- Check the slip: the number of games and the total odds should match what we posted.
- Log in, add your stake and place the bet.
A BetKing betting code works only on BetKing. Our converter shows how to get the same slip on another bookmaker.
How many games are in our BetKing codes
Each listing shows the number of games so you can pick the risk you want. A two- or three-game code with total odds between 2 and 4 lands far more often than an eight-game code at 30. Neither is better in itself: the short slip pays less, the long one wins rarely. If you only want one strong selection, our bet of the day is a single pick rather than a slip.
Booking your own BetKing code
Add your games to the betslip and choose the book option instead of placing the bet. BetKing gives you a short code for that exact slip, and no money is taken until someone stakes on it. Share it with the total odds and the first kick-off time so others can check it when they load it.
What a BetKing code’s total odds tell you
The total odds next to a code are more than a payout figure. Divide 1 by the total and you get the chance the bookmaker’s prices give the whole slip, with its margin still included.
Example A three-game BetKing code with legs at 1.30, 1.55 and 1.90 has total odds of about 3.83. A ₦1,500 stake returns roughly ₦5,743. One divided by 3.83 is about 0.26, so the prices give the slip around a one-in-four chance of landing, and a bit less once the margin is taken off.
That is why we show total odds on every code: you can see the risk before you load it. Our odds calculator turns any price into a percentage in seconds.
What to check before staking a BetKing code
- Missing games. Once a match kicks off its pre-match market closes, so the slip may load without it or not load at all.
- Changed prices. You are paid at the odds on your slip when you confirm. A total that has dropped from 4.10 to 3.60 is a different bet.
- Market wording. Tap each leg. A double chance leg and a home win leg on the same team carry very different risk; our guide to double chance explains why.
Why BetKing codes expire
Codes store pre-match selections tied to fixed kick-off times. After the first game on the slip starts, that selection is gone, and once every game is settled the code has no use. The expiry time we show is that first kick-off. Load the code with time to spare, and if a key player is ruled out late, remove that leg rather than staking blind.
Common reasons a BetKing code fails to load
- Wrong bookmaker. Codes shared in groups are often for SportyBet or Bet9ja. A BetKing code only works in BetKing’s Book a Bet box.
- Typing errors. Letters such as O and I look like 0 and 1. Copy the code with our button instead.
- Expired slip. If every game has kicked off, nothing is left to load.
- Outdated app. Old app versions sometimes fail on newer features; update the app and try again.
If a code loads with several legs, remember it is an accumulator: every leg must win. Our page on how accumulator bets work covers the risk in detail.
Where our BetKing slips come from
Our editors pick legs with the same method as our daily betting tips: form, home and away records, goals and expected-goals data, head-to-head and team news, then a check that BetKing’s price is fair for the chance we estimate. For a full look at BetKing’s payments and app, read the BetKing review.
Frequently asked questions
Open the main menu and look for Book a Bet, which is where BetKing lets you enter a booking code. If an app update has moved it, check the betslip area for a field asking for a code, and make sure your app is up to date.
Yes. After loading, the selections are on your own slip, so you can add or remove matches and change the stake. Every change updates the total odds, and the original code stays the same for everyone else.
At least one match on the slip has kicked off, so its pre-match selection is no longer available. Compare the total odds on your slip with the figure we posted; the difference shows how much of the slip is gone.
Nigerian bookmakers need a licence from the relevant regulator and usually display their licence details at the foot of their site. Our guide on whether betting is legal in Nigeria explains how to check any operator's licence.
