Afropari is a young pan-African bookmaker that now holds a Lagos licence, so Nigerian punters are no longer relying on a foreign permit alone. This Afropari review explains who runs it, why its eye-catching 300% sports match is aimed at long accumulator players, and what to watch for when you withdraw in Naira.

The company behind Afropari and its Nigerian licence

Afropari launched in 2023 and targets players across Africa, with local social accounts in Nigeria, Kenya and Zambia and promotions running from Côte d’Ivoire to Tanzania. It uses the same type of platform as several other international brands active in Nigeria, which explains the familiar layout if you have used Paripesa or Megapari.

For a long time the only licence linked to the brand was from Curaçao. That changed in 2026: the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority register now lists Synedantis Limited, trade name Afropari, for online sports betting and online casino from 19 March 2026 to 18 March 2027. The register does not publish licence numbers, and afropari.com itself does not display the licence, so we recommend checking the LSLGA list yourself before you deposit. Our explainer on Nigerian betting law covers why a state licence matters after the 2024 Supreme Court ruling.

The Lagos entry is recent, and the website still reads like an international product. If a dispute arises, the LSLGA is the authority to contact, so keep screenshots of bet slips and payment receipts.

Afropari’s 300% match and other promotions

The headline sports offer is a 300% match on your first deposit, capped at ₦330,000. A review updated in July 2026 lists ₦800 as the qualifying deposit. On paper that is one of the largest percentage matches offered to Nigerian players, but the rollover reflects that.

Reviews from 2025 report that the bonus must be wagered 8 times in accumulators of at least six selections, with an odds condition of 2.30 on qualifying selections, within 30 days. Bonuses are not available on cryptocurrency accounts.

Example: you deposit ₦5,000 and receive ₦15,000 in bonus funds. At 8x, you need ₦120,000 of turnover. With ₦1,000 stakes that is 120 six-fold accumulators, each carrying long odds, so expect most to lose along the way. Bigger deposits scale the turnover up in exactly the same proportion.

Further offers include a 150% bonus spread over the second to fourth deposits with a softer 5x rollover on three-leg accumulators, a casino package of 200% up to ₦700,000 with 150 free spins, Bet Builder promotions and seasonal tournaments. Compare these with other sites on our bonuses page, and read our rollover guide if wagering terms are new to you.

Creating and verifying an Afropari account

  1. Open afropari.com on your phone or computer and tap Registration.
  2. Pick sign-up by phone number or email, and choose Nigeria and the Naira as your country and currency.
  3. Enter the confirmation code sent by SMS or email to activate the account.
  4. Opt in to the sports welcome bonus before your first deposit; it cannot be added afterwards.
  5. Complete your profile with your full legal name, date of birth and address.
  6. Upload a government ID when requested, which reviewers say is required before you can cash out winnings.

Markets, accumulators and Bet Builder

The sportsbook covers more than 40 sports, with football first and basketball, tennis, volleyball and virtual horse and greyhound racing behind it. A 2025 company report quoted more than 7,000 betting markets across the book. Top European leagues and continental competitions carry a wide spread of goals, handicap, corners and player markets.

Afropari leans heavily on accumulators, and its Bet Builder lets you combine several markets from one match. A Guardian Nigeria feature highlights a DR Congo customer who turned a tiny stake into a large win on an 18-match accumulator, which shows the type of punter the brand courts. Remember that each extra leg multiplies risk as well as odds; our accumulator explainer shows how quickly the probability falls.

Coverage of the NPFL is mentioned in one review, but we could not confirm it from the operator’s own pages, so check the Nigeria section before relying on it.

In-play betting and what is still unclear

Live betting is available on football and other sports. Sources disagree on live streaming: one review says selected events are streamed, while another found none, so treat it as unconfirmed. We also could not confirm a cash out feature from published terms, so plan your bets assuming you may have to let them run.

Casino, crash games and virtual sports

The casino carries games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and other providers, with slots, live dealer tables and tournaments. Virtual sports, including horse and greyhound racing, run on short cycles. We did not find a dated source confirming Aviator or other crash games for Nigerian accounts, so check the casino lobby if that matters to you.

Android APK and the iPhone workaround

There is no Google Play listing. Android users download an APK from the Afropari website, which means allowing installs from unknown sources for the browser you use. On iPhone there is no App Store app; instead you add the mobile site to your home screen from Safari as a web app, which needs no installation. Our betting apps comparison lists bookmakers with full Play Store and App Store apps.

Paying in and cashing out in Naira

Reviewers list Nigerian deposits from ₦100 through instant bank transfer, USSD and the Budpay gateway, plus Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether. The homepage states that the bookmaker does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank may.

Withdrawals are the area to treat with care. Trustpilot reviews from 2025 and mid-2026 describe Naira withdrawal options being paused for several days before service returned, and the brand’s own replies called it a temporary technical problem. We could not find a published minimum withdrawal or a reliable payout time for Nigeria.

  • Verify your ID before depositing a meaningful amount.
  • Withdraw winnings in smaller, regular amounts rather than letting a large balance build.
  • Use the same method for deposits and withdrawals wherever possible.

Support channels

Support runs through 24/7 live chat, with a chatbot answering first, and email. The contacts page lists support-en@afropari.com for technical problems and complaints@afropari.com for disputes. There is no phone number, which is a drawback when a withdrawal is stuck.

Who Afropari suits, and who should skip it

Afropari makes sense for experienced accumulator players who want the largest percentage match on a modest deposit and are comfortable with a newer brand. Cautious punters, iPhone users who want a proper app and anyone who needs fast, predictable Naira payouts should start elsewhere. Paripesa offers a similar platform with a longer Nigerian record, while SportyBet is the simpler local alternative. Whichever you choose, bet only what you can afford to lose.

7.9/10

Our verdict on Afropari

Afropari suits bettors who like long accumulators and want a large percentage match on a small first deposit. It now appears on the Lagos register through Synedantis Limited, which is a clear improvement on its earlier offshore-only status. The weak points are the strict 6-leg, 8x rollover, the lack of a phone line or iOS app, and user reports of paused Naira withdrawals in 2025 and 2026. Start small, verify early and withdraw winnings promptly.
